Returns & Cancellation Policy
At Bloom Jewellery & Diamonds, we are here to help and will gladly assist in every possible way regarding the products you have purchased – for returns, exchanges, or consultation – within a reasonable period after an order made in our online store. The terms below provide a general framework based on legally established consumer rights and transparent commercial practices.
1) Right of Withdrawal (Return without a reason) – 14 Days
If you are a consumer and have purchased goods online, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without stating a reason. The period starts from the date on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods.
2) Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
In accordance with standard consumer regulations, custom-made or personalized items (such as custom engravings or specifically tailored individual sizes made upon request) are exempt from the right of withdrawal, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
3) How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly before the 14-day period expires. We recommend providing your order number, customer name, contact phone number, and the product(s) you wish to return.

4) Returning the Goods
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send back the goods no later than 14 calendar days from the date of notice. The goods must be returned with all original accessories, certificates (if applicable), packaging, and accompanying documents.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and secure packaging to prevent damage or loss in transit.
5) Return Shipping Costs
The return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless explicitly agreed otherwise or in cases where the received item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
6) Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will refund all payments received for the returned goods, including standard delivery costs (express shipping surcharges are non-refundable), using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
